The GU140X32F-7000-N15B is a value added display module which has a cable assembly on board.
The Cable length is approx. 4.9". and mating connector is JST ZH series. The JST model number is either B6B-ZR or S6B-ZR.

A base display module is GU140X32F-7000. The display has a same foot print of standard 4X20 LCD Module, but 140X32 dots graphics with a proportional font capability makes more than 4X22 character display.
